Jason Schlueter is SCI design group’s Vice-President of Finance and Administration. Jason has over 10 years of experience as an executive and management consultant to Fortune 500 companies in the U.S. and Europe. His expertise merges financial and data analysis with organizational design, process design and strategic planning. He is equally comfortable conversing with executives in Sales, Finance, Information Technology and Human Resources. He has been called upon by his clients and employers to solve the most challenging problems each had faced. Jason has built a reputation of accurate efficiency in his work, foresight into strategic issues, and the highest level of integrity.

Jason began his career as a Business Information Specialist and Consultant at ZS Associates, a sales analytics consulting company. Working first in Evanston, IL and then in Frankfurt, Germany, Jason developed skills in data analysis, financial modeling and sales strategy. After returning to business school, Jason continued his consulting career with Inforte, a technology consulting company as part of their strategic consulting team. Jason was then hired away by one of his clients, H&R Block’s mortgage division, where he held roles including Senior Financial Analyst, Assistant Treasurer and Vice-President of Operations and Strategy.

At SCI design group, Jason provides the back-office support that allows the design team to focus on our clients. His roles include accounting/finance, human resources, IT troubleshooting and Microsoft Access/Excel guru. When needed, he also helps out with the CAD team.

Jason received both his degrees at Northwestern University - a Bachelor of Science from the McCormick School of Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys travelling with his family, hiking and camping. He is active in his church, recently travelling to Kenya, Africa to build homes for displaced widows. He also is an avid football fan (Go Wildcats!) and puts his data analysis skills to good use in his fantasy football league.
