Chelsea Lawrence is a Junior Interior Designer with SCI design group. Chelsea enjoys the challenge of unifying inspired design concepts into successful design details. She appreciates minimalist, clean design and focuses on integrating sustainable design solutions to better connect a space to its audience as well as the environment. Chelsea complements her strong conceptual design skills with a knack for technology – offering SCI and our clients access to the most current design tools available.

Chelsea’s role at SCI design group includes concept and design development,
3-d visualization, finish and furniture selection and specification, presentation boards, product research and manufacturer coordination. She has experience in all aspects of a project from concept through design development and into construction.

Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from Colorado State University, where she was invited to intern with the Facilities Management department. She was also the winner of regional and national awards including the ASID Foundation Legacy Scholarship for portfolio excellence and the NEWH Rocky Mountain Regional Scholarship.

Outside of work, Chelsea finds painting and photography to be additional outlets for her creativity and doesn’t mind getting her hands dirty collecting and building bikes. She also enjoys the opportunity to experience culture through traveling as much as possible and getting outdoors to explore Southern California.
